Matthew Lipkowitz, CPA, is Dickson Realty's Chief Financial Officer, and has over 10 years of accounting and financial experience. “I am very honored to be on the executive team of a company like Dickson Realty that has deep roots in the community and a well-established professional reputation,” Lipkowitz said. “I look forward to being an integral part of the company’s future growth and success.”

Lipkowitz, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), joined Dickson Realty after working with Unwired Planet, Inc., where he served primarily as a Senior Accountant and the Interim Controller for a brief stint. Prior to Unwired Planet, Lipkowitz worked as a Tax and Audit Manager for J.A. Solari and Partners for close to three years where he managed initial budgeting through completion of financial statements for a variety of governmental, not-for- profit and for-profit audits. Lipkowitz began his professional career as a Staff Accountant for Solari and Sturmer, LLC. He served this role for three years, preparing and reviewing financial statements for individuals and entities.

Lipkowitz graduated from the University of Nevada in 2009 as a dual-major, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of CPA’s, and he served as Treasurer for the Biggest Little City Movement in 2014. Lipkowitz was born and raised in Reno.
